Case management has moved online, and this is how Casebook users moved in 2022

    2022-wrapped-1

    What's new around Casebook?

The Casebook Team is always striving to make our users experience better. Here are some major features that we released to you this year:

    • Dynamic Pages on the Person Profile: For organizations that have the need to capture additional fields on the Person Profile, in January 2022, we released the ability to do so!

    • Service Notes: We made some major upgrades to how you document and log service interaction information for your clients this year! Back in May 2022, we released an updated version of the Service Enrollment Card along with an updated version of Services Notes! These enhancements made it easier for you to track the information you needed regarding service delivery.

    • Group or Bulk Service Notes: Speaking of making major upgrades to how you capture service delivery information... we introduced Group Service Notes! This feature allows you to save time by creating one service note and including multiple service recipients on it. The note will then appear on each record that the client has a matching service enrollment.

    • Email Communication: May was a busy month for Casebook as we launched the ability to send and receive emails directly in Casebook! Long gone are the days of copying information onto a note to stay in compliance. Having the ability to email clients and stakeholders from within the platform saves time in your day-to-day, allowing that time to be spent with clients.

    • Multi-Factor Authentication: 2022 was the Year of Security for Casebook as we launched several key features, including MFA. MFA is a security technology that requires multiple methods of authentication from independent categories, such as your password and a text message, of credentials to verify a user's identity for login.

    • Single Sign On: Keeping with the Security theme, we also launched SSO! SSO is an authentication method that enables users to securely authenticate with multiple applications and websites by using just one set of credentials.

    • cb Reporting Updates: Last but certainly not least, we made some major additions to our reporting capabilities in 2022! We added 20 Datasets to our tool belt, bringing us to 28 Datasets in total! All of that great data you and your team are entering into Casebook can be pulled back out for analysis in cb Reporting.
