Customize the view further by selecting which fields to display and adjusting the case density to suit your preferences.
Instant Case Creation: Need to start a new case? The Engage Workload View makes it easy with the plus icon—just a click away from creating a new case, right from where you manage everything else.

All Your Provider Info, All in One Place: With Track Workload View, you can easily access all your provider records, complete with details such as Name, Provider Type, License Status, and more—all in a single, user-friendly view.
Effortless Filtering & Customization: Need to focus on specific records? Apply filters with a click, view only the records you’ve created with My Work, or check out Unassigned providers. Plus, customize your display to show only the fields you need and adjust the density to match your viewing preferences.
Create New Records with a Click: Ready to add a new provider, parent organization, or fund? Simply click the plus icon in the bottom right corner, and you’re good to go.
