SSO is an authentication method that enables users to securely authenticate with multiple applications and websites by using just one set of credentials.

• Improve security capabilities: SSO can help reduce password theft. 
• Streamline the user login process: Users can log into Casebook using the same credentials they have with your trusted provider. 

NEW: Workflows in cb Intake.  You now have the ability to create and use Workflows in cb Intake! Workflows are a great tool to define repeatable processes in your organization. This feature will work the same way it currently does within cb Engage and cb Track. Workflows in cb Intake can be manually started on a record, or automatically triggered by the following fields:
