NEW: International Addresses in cb Intake, cb Track, cb Engage, and the Person Profile.  You now have the ability to document international addresses for clients and records throughout Casebook. As you begin to enter an address, Casebook will begin to suggest matches based on your entry. If you do not find the address that you are looking for, select CreateNewLocation to create a new address. 

NEW: International Phone Numbers in cb Intake, cb Track, cb Engage, and the Person Profile.  You now have the ability to document international phone numbers for clients and records throughout Casebook. You will notice a new field for Country Code next to the Phone Number field. In this new field, you can indicate the country that the phone number originates from. We hope this new feature provides you with greater documentation abilities!
