Features ⭐

NEW: Group (Bulk) Service Notes. You now have the ability to log group or bulk service notes for clients! From cb Intake, cb Track, and cb Engage, you can create a “group” service note which includes any number of people.

• The “Service recipient” field on service notes has been replaced with a new “People” section, which will support any number of people. Attendance can be taken and a personal note can be added per person on the note.

• Service notes will now be linked to all existing intake reports, cases, and/or providers for each person added to the note. Intake reports, cases, and/or providers will be automatically linked if the person has the selected service in their “Service plan” on the record.

  • Only resources with active enrollments for the person and service selected will be automatically linked. Service enrollment “Status” must be “In progress” or blank (“Planned”, “Ended”, “Stalled”, and “Waitlisted” statuses are considered inactive enrollments).

• Service notes will be displayed in the “Recent notes” and “Service plan” sections of all linked intake reports, cases, and/or providers for each person added to the note.

NEW: New Feature Added to Creating a Service Offering: Scheduling. You can now use the scheduling section to define start and end times for a service. These times will be automatically added to each service note, but can be edited. This feature can be helpful if your service always occurs at the same time, such as a class.

NEW: New Dataset Added: Meetings. You now have the ability to report on all Meeting data using the new Meetings dataset! For more information on our Datasets, check out our Knowledge Base article.  

NEW: New Field in the Providers Dataset. One new field is added to the Providers Dataset:

• parent_org_name - This will allow you to report on the Parent Organization that a provider belongs to.

NEW: New Fields in the Service Notes Dataset. One new field is added to the Service Notes Dataset:

• group_note_narrative - This will allow you to report on the group note section on a service note.

NEW: New Fields in the Service Notes Recipients Dataset. One new field is added to the Service Notes Recipients Dataset:

• group_note_narrative - This will allow you to report on the group note section on a service note.
• personal_note_narrative - This will allow you to report on the personal note section on a service note.

UPDATE: Field Name Change in Service Notes and Service Notes Recipients Dataset. Action is required if you are using the 'note' field in these datasets.
We have recently changed the field note to group_note_narrative, and as a result, you will need to adjust your report. Please follow the steps below:
1. Open the report in Edit Mode.
2. Refresh your data.
3. Remove the field note.
4. Add in the field group_note_narrative.
5. Save the report.
