NEW: Multi-Factor Authentication Tenant Enforcement. You now have the ability to enforce MFA in Casebook for your organization. MFA is a security technology that requires multiple methods of authentication from independent categories, such as your password and a text message, of credentials to verify a user's identity for login. From the Security section in cb Admin, you will see the ability to Require MFA for My Organization, as shown below.

You will then see the users at your organization who have not yet set up MFA. By requiring MFA for your organization, these users will immediately be required to set up MFA for their accounts. The Casebook Team strongly recommends completing this before or after operating hours for your organization to avoid data loss. For more information on Multi-Factor Authentication, check out this Knowledge Base article.
