NEW: Add a Person without a Case or Intake with People Workload View
The People option has been added to your Casebook home menu to enable users to add and access people profiles that have been entered into the system. You can add a new person profile without it being attached to a case or intake record.
Users can find specific people quickly using filters in several different ways.
Workload View
The workload view displays people in your system with the following information:
- Name
- Primary Phone Number
- Primary Email Address
- Date Created
- Language
- Address
- Age
- Birth Date
- Sex
