NEW: Intake Workload View Filter

Introducing an exciting new feature in the Intake Workload View! Now, you have the power to filter and easily view unassigned Intake Reports, just like the example below. This addition is designed to assist you and your team in swiftly identifying reports that require immediate attention.

NEW: Primary Case Assignee 

To streamline your data collection process, Casebook will now automatically enable the Primary Assignee toggle for the initial Case Assignee, as demonstrated below.

NEW: Quick Add Button on the Home Dashboard

Introducing a seamless way to add records to Casebook! With just a click on the + icon located in the bottom right-hand corner of the Home Dashboard, you can effortlessly create any type of record. Our goal is to help you and your team save valuable time with this exciting new feature.

NEW: People Workload View

Introducing a game-changing addition to the People Workload View! Get ready to unlock a whole new level of efficiency as you now have the power to effortlessly access Associated Records for the individuals you're searching for. Based on a smart algorithm, these records will be displayed to you with these rules:

• Intake → Any intake report featuring the person in the People section with the statuses: New and In Progress (excluding: Submitted)
• Case → Any case listing the person in the People section with a status mapped to ACTIVE in the admin fields page (excluding: INACTIVE)

But that's not all! We've taken things a step further by enhancing the display for multiple Languages, Email Addresses, and Phone Numbers. So not only will you be able to effortlessly navigate through records, you'll also enjoy a seamless experience while exploring different contact details.
