New features, fixes, and other improvements
to help you get the most out of Casebook

cb Intake
NEW: Pre-populate fields on forms is now available.
cb Admin
NEW: Admin can see last time user was logged in.
Users will need to log out before admin users are able to see the latest login time.
Users are automatically logged out after 24 hours.
NEW: For Bulk Import, the template format was changed for cases, people, and providers.
Import operation's 'None' and 'Create' are now available.
IMPROVEMENT:Ability to format spacing in Notes.
cb Engage
NEW: Added a short description pop up to the term Involvements.
Users will see a pop up when their mouse hovers or clicks on term Involvements. The pop up will show a short definition.
NEW: Case History now has a People Filter. Users can search for a person involved in a case using the People Filter in Case History.
KNOWN BUG: Unable to save a note with a date without adding start/end times first.
At this time, in order for a date to be saved, users will also need to input a start and end time.
cb Track
NEW:Ability to delete Provider Profiles. Users with delete permissions can now delete Provider Profiles.
IMPROVEMENT:Ability to delete tasks.
Users with ‘edit’ permissions for cb Track can delete tasks using the Options menu on the task card.
IMPROVEMENT:Ability to format spacing in Notes. Now you'll be able to add spacing in between paragraphs when writing notes. The spacing will persist once the note is saved.
BUG FIX: Editing a task when its pending approval will now return it back to its initial state. When a user makes a change to a task while it is pending approval, the task status will go back to incomplete.
Person Profiles
NEW: Ability to delete Person Profile
Users will need delete permissions for People in order to delete a Person Profile
Person Profile can only be deleted if it's not linked to anything else, such as forms, service enrollments, etc.
The Knowledge Base has gotten an upgrade, including live Chat!
