Home Page Dashboard

NEW & IMPROVED: Start your day better organized with Tasks and Workflows available on your Home Page Dashboard. 

Standalone and workflow tasks are now readily available on your Home page when you log in. Select a task, and you'll go to that record. Select the Expand button to see a complete list of all tasks that are due.

Workflows

NEW: Supervisors will receive notifications to review work. 

Supervisors will receive notifications to review a step in a workflow and/or if there's an overdue step. 

TIP: In order to set this feature up, an administrator will need to update a user's supervisor from the Users section in cb Admin. 

cb Admin

NEW: Supervisors can be added to a user's profile which will initially allow notifications to be sent about their team's work.
A supervisor can be assigned to a user along with a role. 

UPDATE: Ability to re-order tasks within a Workflow step. 

Administrators can now drag and drop to re-order tasks within a step when developing a workflow.

UPDATE: New Tasks section in navigation bar. 

The new Tasks section holds Notifications for all tasks and workflows. 

cb Access 

NEW: Ability to pre-populate values on forms. 

Application name, status, and assignee can now be pre-populated in cb Access. 

cb Intake 

NEW: Ability to format spacing in Notes.
Spacing in notes can be formatted. The spacing will persist when the note is saved.

KNOWN BUG: Notes that are created on the Reports page only appears after refreshing the page. 

KNOWN BUG: Notes that are created on the Notebook page do not appear on the Reports page. 

cb Track 

SUNSET: The Action Plan feature has been removed from the Forms list. 

If you had previously created an Action Plan, that form will still be available.

The Knowledge Base has gotten a new update, including live chat. Search our updated online Knowledge Base to find Casebook Platform documentation that includes answers to frequently asked questions, how-to guides, and troubleshooting instructions.
