Features

Meetings*

UPDATE: Sync your Calendar to Casebook, and link a case to each meeting you create. Keep reading on the knowledge base: Viewing and Syncing Your Calendar

*Beta feature. Beta means that the service is not completely finished, but it will still do everything described.

Search

NEW: Searching for a person profile has been made easier. You can now search using a person's email address or their alias name.

Notes Report

UPDATE: The Contact Duration in the Notes Report is now calculated in minutes.

Contact time is calculated in minutes. For example: hour-long meetings display as 60 (minutes) in the Contact Duration section of the Notes Report

Person Profile

NEW: You can record and keep track of a person's Veteran Status and Poverty Level.

Veteran Status and Poverty Level fields have been added to the person profile. Currently, admin can configure Veteran Status in cb Admin > People > Fields.

The poverty level field has 2 options: above or below. In the future, we'll allow you to define poverty metrics (i.e. average median income (AMI) or household income) and set the threshold by percentage. For example, Jane Doe is 200% below the poverty level.

Poverty Level
Veteran Status
Sexual Orientation
Marital Status

Test it out for yourself: can you pull a report on all males ages 10-21? 🤔

With the new cb Reporting app, you can build custom reports or use pre-built reports to get the most out of your data.

How does this affect you? If you have no custom reports, no action is required!
