SUNSET:We're saying goodbye to cb Reporting (Legacy) Superset. You spoke; we listened. As a software that serves a spectrum of HS programs, you want to be able to build your own reports with your data to give you insights into the operation. So, we've launched new cb Reporting experience which was previously released in Beta. Learn more about how to bring data insights into your organization by checking out our Knowledge Base.
As of today, cb Reporting (Legacy) is no longer option in the Navigation menu. It is replaced by cb Reporting, which brings you directly to your data and insights!
UPDATE: cb Reporting keeps getting better. Along with the list view of pre-built report dashboards, we've added a thumbnail (grid) view for Reports. You can switch between views by clicking on the buttons in the upper right corner.

Customize pre-built reports to fit your reporting needs

Is the list of forms getting too long for your users? Try adding an access rule. This will shorten the list of possible forms that your users can create from different cases, intakes or providers.
Steps:
In cb Admin > Forms section (organized by application) choose the form you want to update
Under Access > select No for the question: Should this form be available to all (case, provider, intake) types?
Add new access rule > select one or more types allowable to access the form
Hit Save (right hand action menu).
Get Notifications when work is waiting on you!
Supervisors can help keep track of a worker's progress through notifications. To assign a supervisor to a worker, go to cb Admin then click on the user's name to edit. Click here to learn more.
