FEATURES

NEW: Notebook is available on cb Track  
You can now capture notes on Provider Profiles. Use one of our note templates included: general, service delivery, progress, and contact notes. If you use Notebook in cb Engage, you'll be pleased to know it is now available in cb Track too.

IMPROVEMENT: The Support button has moved. Click on the ? icon to access the knowledge base by selecting FAQs and contact the support team by selecting Get Help. That will send an email to support@casebook.net.

IMPROVEMENT: Increased accessibility controls in workflow creation You can use keyboard controls to edit, delete or create a step or task on a workflow.

IMPROVEMENT: Added error messages when you create a Workflow step without filling out all required fields You now have to enter all files for a deadline. And you cannot create a duplicate task (i.e. same name).

IMPROVEMENT: Updated receipt page for completed Workflow. We've removed redundant information, changed the layout and numbered steps for easier scannability.

BUG FIXES

FIXED: Sorting by Case Status

On the Cases Workload View, you were unable to sort by case status. That has been resolved.

[Upcoming Sunset] Sunsetting the Action Plan feature on cb Track 

What is it? Action Plan is a form template that allows you to create a list of tasks with due dates for individual families and or providers in cb Track. It will be removed at the end of February 2021. What does this matter? We are replacing action plans with Workflows. Workflows allows users to create their lists of tasks and include instruction for the team members who are responsible for completing them one time. Stay tuned for more information.
