We want to hear from you! The COVID-19 pandemic has forced many agency leaders to take risks in areas they had previously been hesitant to do so. The pandemic has proved that team members could work remotely with no loss of production or work-life balance. Please take a moment to let us know if you have returned to the office, are still at home, or are a combination of both.

Features ⭐

NEW: New Method of Contact - Postal Mail. When creating a Note or Meeting, Postal Mail is a new value in the Method of Contact field. 

NEW: cb Intake Assignment-Based Permissions. With assignment-based permissions, workers will only be able to view and/or edit their assigned Intake Reports. Admin can update existing Intake roles in cb Admin > Roles.

UPDATE: Log4J Vulnerability. At Casebook, we take security extremely seriously, which is why we’ve already fixed addressed the “Log4J vulnerability” that many companies suffered from. No action is required from your side. While we routinely tighten security, the reason we wanted to mention it here is that this vulnerability potentially allowed hackers to do bad things with data, and affected thousands of companies, ranging from Microsoft and Apple, to Zoom and Casebook. We fixed it as quickly as a fix was available and we continue to monitor the situation. so You can rest assured that your data is safe and sound. But do consider updating software from other companies if you recently received an update.

UPDATE: Responsive Action Menu on Forms. When completing a Form in Casebook, you can now adjust your screen size without losing sight of the right-hand Action Menu. The menu will auto-respond and move to the bottom of the page.
