We want to hear from you! The COVID-19 pandemic has forced many agency leaders to take risks in areas they had previously been hesitant to do so. The pandemic has proved that team members could work remotely with no loss of production or work-life balance. Please take a moment to let us know if you have returned to the office, are still at home, or are a combination of both.

Features ⭐

NEW: cb Engage Dynamic Fields Reporting. You can pull reports based on custom Dynamic Fields on a Case page. Check out the video below to learn how. 

NEW: Pull Reports with Data From Multiple Versions of a Form. View data from multiple versions of a form in a single table in cb Reporting. Check out our Knowledge Base article for more information. 

UPDATE: Log-In. Casebook works to keep your data safe. We have a 16-hour automatic log-out time. Please keep this in mind when returning to work in Casebook after a prolonged break. 

UPDATE: Auto-Assignment in cb Intake. With our new auto-assignment feature in cb Intake, you will notice an uptick in notifications sent once an intake is created. We are working on adjusting this feature so users are not inundated with notifications. We will keep you updated when this functionality changes.
