Release Highlights: 

• Reopen and delete submitted forms in cb Engage, cb Intake, and cb Track. 
• Two new Notebook filters were added. 
• Updated process to submit a support ticket. 

Features ⭐

NEW:  Reopen and Delete Submitted Forms. Users with edit permissions on a unit of work will now be able to reopen and delete submitted forms to make any necessary changes by selecting this button from the right-hand action menu. This action can be completed in cb Engage, cb Intake, and cb Track. 

UPDATE: Two New Notebook Filters Added. Quickly find the notes that you're looking for by utilizing Casebook's Notebook filtering feature. You can now filter by People Involved and Email Note as shown below. 

UPDATE: Submitting a Support Ticket. It is now easier to submit a support ticket to Casebook! When you select Submit Ticket from the help menu, you will now be taken to the Knowledge Base where some important information will be pre-populated for you in this form shown below. This will allow our Help Desk to better serve you.
