Features ⭐
📣 📣 In case you missed it: The Casebook Collaboration Webinar provided a walk-through of Casebook features to help increase collaboration at your organization. We also revealed a new feature: Communications! Check out the recording here!
NEW: Communications in Casebook.Sync your email with Casebook to communicate with stakeholders directly from a case record. You can now send emails from within Casebook using your own email address and automatically track all replies. You can also read and reply to your email threads that your teammates have tracked on the case. With Casebook's Communications feature, multiple users can send and track emails from within the same case, each using their own connected email address.
On every case in Casebook, there is a Communications section. Any emails that have been tracked on that case will show up there, and users who have connected their email to Casebook and have permission to edit the case can compose new emails and reply to existing emails in that section. For a complete overview of this new feature, check out this Knowledge Base article.
PRO TIP: Sync your email with Casebook in User Settings.
If you connect your email to Casebook, we will automatically sync your case email addresses to your contacts so that you can access them when writing new emails outside of Casebook. These contacts will have names that start with “Case - ”, followed by the case’s name. For example, if you have a case named “Mary Smith”, the case email address will show up in your synced contacts as “Case - Mary Smith”.
NEW: New fields added in cb Reporting. We have added four new fields to our datasets to give you even more insight into your data. For a complete overview of what fields are available in cb Reporting, check out this Knowledge Base article.
created_at to Notes Dataset - This new field can be used to report on the day and time that a note was created.
created_at to People Dataset - This new field can be used to report on the day and time that a person record was created.
assignee_id to Case Involvements Dataset - This new field can be used to determine how many cases are assigned to each team member or how many people are assigned to a case.
