📣 📣 In case you missed it: The Casebook Services Webinar provided an end-to-end walk-through of the release of the new and updated services features. Check out the recording here!
UPDATE: Expanded Service Delivery Tracking in cb Engage. Users can capture more data when enrolling a client into a one or more services, including:
number of service sessions,
any costs associated with the service,
the method of delivery,
who provided the service,
the status of the enrollment.
NOTE: To add multiple services to a client, select add another service.
UPDATE: Service Notes in cb Engage, cb Track, and cb Intake. Users can now capture and store more holistic data on a client's progress through services. From the Service Plan section on a Case Record, the Clients section on the Provider Record, and the Notes section on an Intake Record, you can capture detailed information regarding a Service Interaction. This updated format will enable you to include logistical information and any notes from the session.
UPDATE: Create a Service Plan for Clients. Go beyond enrollment with Casebook Service Planning. You can now indicate whether a service is Not Started, In Progress, or Ended, as shown below. When you add a new service enrollment, you can also indicate the Planned Start Date and Planned End Date, as shown below. This can be helpful when planning and coordinating multiple services for clients.
UPDATE: Capture Important Cost Information for Services. You can capture cost information for services. When adding or planning a service for a client, you will be able to capture Unit Cost information. Casebook will auto-calculate the Total Cost for this Service by multiplying the Unit Cost by the Number of Service Units, as shown below. This can be helpful when budgeting for client services.
NOTE: If you add unit cost information to the Service Offering on the Provider Record, this field will pre-populate in the Service Note.
PRO TIP: Configure Reason For Ending Service Enrollment in cb Admin. Capture more information regarding your client's service enrollment with the field Reason for ending a service enrollment. To do so, navigate to cb Admin > Provider Fields > Services > Reason for ending a service enrollment. You will then be able to use this field in cb Track and cb Engage when ending a service.
