NEW: Communications in Casebook in cb Intake and cb Track. We are expanding Email Communications to Intake and Provider records! Sync your email with Casebook to communicate with stakeholders directly from any record in Casebook. You can now send emails from within Casebook using your own email address and automatically track all replies. You can also read and reply to your email threads that your teammates have tracked on the record. With Casebook's Communications feature, multiple users can send and track emails from within the same record, each using their own connected email address.
On every Intake, Case, and Provider record in Casebook, there is a Communications section. Any emails that have been tracked on that record will show up there, and users who have connected their email to Casebook and have permission to edit the record can compose new emails and reply to existing emails in that section. UPDATE: Updates to the Service Enrollment Card in cb Engage and cb Track. In order to streamline the service enrollment process, we have made two changes to the Service Enrollment Card in cb Engage and cb Track. When you add service recipients to a service, only clients who are added to the case will populate. You also have the ability to create a new person from this modal, as shown below.
You also have the ability to add any person with a person profile in Casebook, or create a new person, onto the field Person Providing the Service. This will allow you to capture more accurate data on who is working with your clients and providing the service they are enrolled into.
