Features ⭐
NEW: Seven New Datasets Added to cb Reporting. We have added five new datasets surrounding clients' medical information in cb Reporting: People Medical Allergies, People Medical Conditions, People Medical Insurance, People Medical Medications, and People Medical Providers. These five new datasets will provide you with powerful insight into the medical and health information of your clients. These datasets can be joined with the People dataset by using the person_id field. We have also added two new datasets to report on Service Notes: Service Notes and Service Notes Recipients. These two datasets will provide you with insight into the Service Notes that are logged for your clients. If you wish to join Service Notes or Service Notes Recipients with Services or Service Enrollments, you can match the datasets on service_id = service_offering_id. For more information on what is included in these datasets, check out this Knowledge Base Article!
NEW: Fields added to the Service_Enrollment Dataset. We have added five new fields to our datasets to give you even more insight into your data. For a complete overview of what fields are available in cb Reporting, check out this Knowledge Base Article.
service_actual_end_date - date the service was ended for the client
actual_outcome_reason - the reason that the service enrollment was ended
enrollment_total_unit_cost - total cost for the service enrollment
method_of_delivery - how the service was delivered to the client
ended_by_person - Casebook user who ended the service
UPDATE: Field Name Change in Service Enrollments Dataset. Action is required if you are using service_id in the Service Enrollments dataset.
We have recently changed the field service_id to service_enrollment_id, and as a result, you will need to adjust your report. Please follow the steps below:
1. Open the report into Edit Mode.
2. Remove the field service_id.
3. Add in the field service_enrollment_id.
4. Save the report.
