NEW: Our Communications Feature is now Available for Gmail Users. Great news! If you are a Gmail user, you are able to fully use our Communications Feature. This feature is available across the Casebook Platform in cb Intake, cb Engage, and cb Track. For a complete overview of the Communications feature, check out our Knowledge Base Articles. You can enable your email to be used in this feature through the User Settings page in Casebook. 

NEW: Report on Dates and Time in Your Time Zone in cb Reporting.

cb Reporting reports on date and time fields in UTC. You now have the ability to apply a calculated field to a date/time field so that it displays in your own time zone. For the formula and instructions on how to use it, check out our Knowledge Base Article. 

NEW: Dynamic Fields Available in Bulk Import Templates.  You now have the ability to add dynamic field data in bulk when performing a Bulk Data Upload for People and Cases. The dynamic fields that you have created in Casebook will appear as new columns on the template. For a complete overview of the Bulk Import feature, check out our Knowledge Base Article.
