NEW: Two New Datasets in cb Reporting. We have added two new datasets surrounding clients' school information and tasks in cb Reporting: Schools and Tasks. The School dataset will provide you with powerful insight into the educational information for your clients. This dataset can be joined with the People dataset by using the person_id field. We have also added a new dataset to report on Tasks. This dataset will provide you with insight into the Tasks that are assigned in Casebook. For more information on the fields that are included in these datasets, please visit our Knowledge Base Article. 

NEW: New Fields Added to Services Dataset. 

We have added three new fields to our Services dataset to give you even more insight into your data. For a complete overview of what fields are available in cb Reporting, check out this Knowledge Base Article.

• service_languages - the languages that the service is delivered in 
• unit_of_delivery - how this service is delivered (class, trip, session, etc.)
• service_measurement - how this service is measured (hour, day, monetary)

NEW: International Addresses in cb Intake and the Person Profile.  You now have the ability to document international addresses for clients in cb Intake and on the Person Profile. As you begin to enter an address, Casebook will begin to suggest matches based on your entry. If you do not find the address that you are looking for, select Create New Location to create a new address. 

UPDATE: Ability to Document Partial Addresses on a Person Profile. 

We understand that sometimes it can be hard to gather a full address when working with clients. You now have the ability to document partial addresses for clients.
