Reporting
Feature: Our reporting app is live and ready for implementation. Contact your Customer Success team representative to schedule a walkthrough and to gain access.
Core
Feature: There is a new user role called “Reporting user.”
Feature: The “Reporting user” role is not editable.
Feature: The Home button on the homepage provides access to cb Reporting.
Feature: The People Template spreadsheet has new tabs.
Feature: Users with “Edit” permissions for certain apps can create, delete, and edit the attachments in those apps.
Intake
Feature: The workload view paginates its list of reports.
Feature: Users can filter reports on the workload view page.
Feature: When users create a report, which report type they choose to create affects their other options on the report page.
Feature: Reports can have one of three different report types: “Inquiry,” “Referral,” or “Incident.”
Feature: Each new report automatically receives its own name, ID number, and creation date.
Feature: Reports contain “Response Type” and “Response Time” fields.
Feature: Users can add attachments and forms to reports.
Feature: Revised arrangement of sections on the report page.
Feature: If users try to close a report page without submitting it, they are prompted to save it.
Feature: If a user saved but did not submit a report, that report is labeled as “In Progress.”
Feature: Specific roles give different users permissions to view, create, edit, and/or delete things in cb Intake.
Feature: When users without cb Intake permissions accidentally click “cb Intake,” they get a friendly error message explaining their access restrictions.
