New features, fixes, and other improvements
to help you get the most out of Casebook

INTRODUCING: CB ACCESS
With CB Access provider agencies can invite anyone to apply to become providers completely online; CB Access works as a portal between ordinary citizens and those who work in human services. CB Access allows users to fill out applications, forms, and upload attachments to submit electronically. For example, people can use CB Access to apply to become foster parents.
NEW Feature: Both workers and applicants can edit their applications. Now applicants can choose forms to complete directly from their application as well as upload attachments.
IMPROVEMENT Feature: Workers can continue to fully edit an application while “in progress,” however applicants cannot edit their application once submitted.
CB REPORTING
NEW Feature: Users can now apply a global filter on all reports by license type & status, provider type & subtype, county, and time range. This allows for quick filtering applied to all reports or metrics displayed on a dashboard.
CB TRACK
NEW Feature: Users can now indicate sex (male, female, other) when creating a new person
IMPROVEMENT Feature: Once an address is entered for a provider, users can enter the county separately from a drop-down menu. It is no longer tied to address.
FIXED Feature: The phone number field is now visible on the visit card if one has been entered
FIXED Feature: Working from different time zones? License dates and times will not change.
CB INTAKE
NEW Feature: When creating a new person in Intake, you can enter much more information about the individual which will be stored directly on their Person Profile once saved. Additionally, you can toggle one person on the Intake to be the “Main Applicant.”
IMPROVEMENT Feature: Our Natural Language Processing will suggest different results based on the narrative entered if you are trying to create an Inquiry or Referral versus an Incident Report. If a Referral, then Casebook will suggest People, whereas Incidents will suggest People, Locations, Dates and Phone Numbers.
CB ADMIN
NEW Feature: Forms! Admins can tag forms in order to display across multiple business applications (like cb Access, cb Provider) and by provider type.
IMPROVEMENT Feature: Casebook now provides a separate section to add external users; this will enable administrators to give access to prospective applicants to create foster family applications.
