cb Access 

IMPROVEMENT Feature: The employment question is no longer required on the online application. 

cb Engage 

NEW Feature: We now support bulk import for cb Engage. You can download the cases import template from cb Admin > cb Engage > Data. Need help?  You can always submit a helpdesk ticket by clicking help from the menu in app or emailing us at support@casebook.net 

IMPROVEMENT Feature: You could always search by legacy ID #s, but now we display the legacy ID # on the search card when you do a search for a case. If there is not legacy ID # present, it will not display on the search card. 

cb Track 

IMPROVEMENT Feature: Manage your work with more filters!

We have added an 'Unassigned' filter so you can easily see which providers (e.g. foster parents, mentors) have not been assigned a worker yet 

You can even filter by your team or a specific individual with the 'assignees' search bar

Person Profiles 

NEW Feature: We have added 'Parole Officer' as a new relationship type 

you can add relationships for people on a person's profile in the relationship section. 

Person Profiles 

NEW Feature: You can now view a person's case history on the person profile

• view case type, status, clients, workers assigned, and involvement dates 
• navigate to the case file and person profile by clicking on the purple hyperlinks
