FEATURES

NEW: Download forms that haven't been submitted.
Started a form in Casebook, and you need to bring it offline? No problem! Simply, open the form you want, select the download icon and indicate if you want to redact sensitive information. 

Applies to: 

cb Intake, cb Access, cb Track, cb Engage, and person profiles 

NEW: Create a case directly from cb Intake. Visit the intake anytime from the case page in the summary section. 

Applies to: 

cb Intake, and cb Engage 

NEW: Workflows are live on cb Track (beta) 

Create and turn on workflows in cb Admin under Providers > Workflows. 

Applies to: 

cb Track

NEW: People races data is now available in the data pipeline 

Coming soon - you will be able to pull reports broken out by race.

NEW: Zip code added a standard filter to providers dashboard 

You can now filter charts and operational chart on the Providers dashboard by Zip Code.

NEW: Connect External Applications to Casebook

CB platform authenticates any other software applications (outside of the Casebook ecosystem) that you want to use with Casebook APIs. Check out the FAQ for more.

note: you need the user role 'Admin' to access cb Admin app in the Casebook Platform

NOTIFICATIONS

More email and in-app notifications to help you keep track of the things that need your attention 

NEW:

• A workflow instance is triggered, and that workflow instance includes a first step assigned to me
• A workflow instance is triggered. Within the first workflow step page, assignee is changed to me
• I received feedback on a workflow step

IMPROVED:

• The application name has been added to more notifications (email and in-app)
• The application status notification emails are more descriptive
