CB CORE

New Feature: If you have configured forms that are accessible in cb Track or cb Intake, you can now add any of those forms from within a person profile. 

IMPROVEMENT Feature: Profile pics now appear in search results and wherever you see people icons (i.e cb Intake reports, cb Track provider profiles)

CB TRACK

IMPROVEMENT Feature: License fields are no longer required to submit a provider! You can now submit a provider without entering: license status, start date, end date or license type.

IMPROVEMENT Feature: To see contact information at a glance without having to load the Person Profile, simply hover-over people on the provider profile.

CB ADMIN

New Feature: You can now bulk import Portal Access (external) users via CSV, simply download the template, fill out the required information and upload to the importer.

CB INTAKE

IMPROVEMENT Feature: Submitted reports may be re-opened. Click on a submitted report and select the door icon to repon the report to make any necessary edits or delete.

IMPROVEMENT Feature: Do you have common referral sources? ‘Referred by’ is now a configurable field. You can add your own values in cb Admin from the side menu by choosing:  cb Intake > Fields > Referral Source

IMPROVEMENT Feature: To better support the Intake workflow, you can click on the profile icon in the right-hand corner of the people section and it will open the full person profile in a new tab.
