CB ACCESS
NEW Feature: Applicant’s application history is now available in the history section on the provider and person profiles that were created from that Application. Access quick information such as application approval date, worker assignment, and other important information.
CB INTAKE
IMPROVEMENT Feature:New search enhancements.
- Users can now search on report name, report ID, report date & time, intake_people: first name, middle name, last name, suffix, and formatted name, and report_location
And, now to better understand why results appear in your search, matching terms are highlighted.
