IMPROVEMENT Feature: Now, when working with Forms that have PDF backgrounds, users can save in progress and return to complete their work.
IMPROVEMENT Feature: Introducing more highlighted search terms for providers, people and intake reports; highlighted terms now include names, dates, and location.
IMPROVEMENT Feature: We have expanded global search to include intake reports (i.e. date reported, report name and location).
ALL PRODUCTS
IMPROVEMENT Feature:Updated history section on the Person Profile displays links to incident reports, referrals and inquiries. Users can now easily see more ways in which a person has interacted with the organization/agency.
CB MOBILE
NEW Feature: Users can open, view and submit PDF forms on the mobile app.
IMPROVEMENT Feature: Update the Casebook app on your mobile device to see a new map view that is fully supported on iPhone devices.
