IMPROVEMENTFeature: Bulk import template is now available in cb Admin so you can import multiple cases at once.
Navigate to cb Admin
Scroll down to cb Engage on right hand menu
Click on data
Click on 'this XLSX template' to download the cases import template,
fill in the required data, and when you're done: upload your spreadsheet by clicking on the purple 'Import XLSX' button to bring your case data into the system
Left column under 'cb Engage' - click 'Data'

NEW: applicants will receive a notification if their application was started 1 month ago, and not completed
NEW: new form notifications for form submission completed in one sitting (one step).
