NEW Feature: New email notifications for portal users and applications
Users will receive email notifications when:
A new attachment has been added to application
A new form submission on an application that is started/saved & submitted later

You have told us, you want a way to view all service recipients for a single provider. This view allows workers to answer the following questions without digging through person records or manually tallying information:
Which children are placed at this resource (foster) home?
How extensively have we used this specific provider? How many clients have we referred to them for services?
This service provider is over capacity - are there service enrollments ending soon that will open up a space for the client I want to enroll?
Clients are defined as those receiving services. To add a client to any provider organization/family, simply click on purple + button, add client name, choose service, and add some details about frequency and goals. To end a service, click on the red stop button and it will populate today’s date and prompt you to add notes if applicable. Visit page for more information.

Easily access a list of all clients that are currently receiving a service from a specific provider, and view those that have previously received services
Add multiple services from the same provider to a person at one time
Allows users to add services in more than one way for flexibility (either visit the provider profile or the person page)
‘End service’ button makes it easy to end a service for a client with a simple click
