cb ACCESS

New Feature: We have included a new ‘employed, yes or no’ question on the application form

New Feature: Less to type!   The ‘date of birth’, ‘highest level of education’ and ‘sex’ fields are now optional on application form

Improvement Feature: When providers are created from approved applications, they will no longer default to being called households. 

cb ADMIN

New Feature: More to customize to your practice! You can configure many new person fields in cb Admin under “People Fields.” 

Note: Some fields can store more than 100 values, and you can reorder values by moving them up and down with your mouse or finger (on a touchscreen). 

Bug fixed: If a user has missed any required fields on pdf forms, you will get an alert to fill out what is missing to reduce errors.

Bug fixed: The ability to Redact forms is back! 

cb INTAKE and cb TRACK

New Person profiles have expanded: You can add even more information about a person in Casebook. Being able to capture detailed information about a person's identity, health and medical status, education, employment and finances will help build a more rounded profile of the staff or foster parents associated with your providers and the people they serve.

Identity: Enter more details about a person immigration status, tribal affiliation and ethnicity. 

Verification: For those with requirements to verify data, you can indicate a verification source for tribal affiliation, immigration status and nationality, and then add the file to the attachments section.

Health and Medical: Need to track health-related information for your clients?  You can now track medical conditions, allergies, medication and record a person’s healthcare provider and insurance company all in one place

Education: We have expanded the education section to include the highest level of education completed and school history to track whether a person is currently studying and how that has changed over time.

Employment and finances: here you can enter a person’s current occupation, employer and source of income if applicable.  These sections can track how this changes over time to give you a clearer picture of how your clients’ lives are evolving.

Note: you can also indicate if a person is unemployed.
