Brand New: Collaborate with your providers online

We have extended cb Access (online portal) so you can invite your current providers (volunteers, resource parents, partners, etc) to a new shared space.

Assign them:

• Forms to complete  
• Necessary documents/photos to upload 
• Tasks you need them to get done
  coming soon: portal users will get notifications to stay on track

To invite people to the portal, simply press the purple person icon and follow the instructions. See screenshot below.

Brand New: Keep yourself organized

Assign yourself or your teammates tasks on a provider profile. Task helps you be aware of what work is there, and what is yet to be done. 

• Three types of tasks: 
  • Form task
  • Attachment task
  • Basic task 
• Assign to a casebook user or portal user 
• Select a due date
• Require review/approval on any task

For all provider profiles, there is a new task section, enjoy!

Brand New: Prepopulate Forms with Data!

You can now prepopulate data in forms built in cb Track and cb Engage. Click here for a full list of fields you can prepopulate with existing data. Bonus: you can still edit any field that prepopulates with data.

IMPROVEMENT: You can now add comments about why you're ending a workflow.

Filter by one or more case status on the Cases Dashboard (workload view)

When a worker is unassigned on a case, it is tracked in case history.

FIXED: View client secret 

You can now successfully view client secret when setting up a 3rd party application via API.
