Special Feature: Person Profiles

Person profiles are expanding: Next month, you will be able to add even more information about a person in Casebook. Being able to capture detailed information about a person's identity, health and medical status, education, employment and finances will help build a more rounded profile of your providers, and the people they serve.

Check out the new fields categories:

Identity: here you can enter more details about a person immigration status, tribal affiliation and ethnicity 

Verification: where applicable, you can indicate a verification source for tribal affiliation, immigration status and nationality, and then add the file to the attachments section

Health and Medical: Where applicable you can now track medical conditions, allergies, medication and record a person’s healthcare provider and insurance company all in one  place.

Education: We have expanded the education section to include highest level of education completed and school data if a person is currently studying

Employment and finances: Here you can enter a person’s current occupation, employer and source of income if applicable. Note: you can also indicate if a person is unemployed.
