Here’s how to search in Casebook for a provider, a person, an intake report, or a case:

Select the Search icon towards the upper right-hand corner of the header.
Enter the term you want to search.
Select the Search icon towards the upper right-hand corner of the header.
A list of cards associated with your search term will be displayed. Exact and partial matches will be highlighted in the search results.

Definitions

Exact match - Searches will return only if the exact word/phrase/number is searched.
- Example: a search for Tim will not return results for Timothy if the query must be exact match.
Partial match - Searches will return if only a part of the word/phrase/number is searched.
- Example: a search for Tim will return Timothy.
- Example: a search for a number 945 will return matches for 94541 and 94511.
