All the details about intakes in Casebook. One row per intake per person.
Notes
All the details about notes in Casebook. One row per note per person associated with the note.
Case Involvements
Contains information about all of your cases and all case involvements. Since one case can have many clients and involvements, one row does not represent one case instead, there is one row per case per person assigned and per person served. Note: When reporting, please use count distinct on case_id to ensure you are not over-counting the cases. One row per case per person on the case per person assigned the case.
People
All the details about all of the person records in your Casebook system. Each record represents one person. The person_id can be combined with other datasets for powerful reporting on your clients. One row per person.
Service Enrollments
All the details about your services in which clients are enrolled. One row per service enrollment.
Providers
All the details about your providers located in cb Track. One row per provider per provider_person.
Workflows
All the details of your workflows and associated steps. Note: To tally total workflows, make sure to count distinct "workflow_id". To tally workflow steps, count distinct "workflow_step_id". One row per workflow step.
Services
All the details about your service offerings. Note: When using service_id and provider_id as a value, make sure that the aggregation is set to Count of Distinct Rows for accurate data on each of the topics. One row per service offering.
Provider Portal User
Contains data on all of your provider portal users associated with a provider in cb Track. One row per provider portal user.
Application Portal User
Contains data on all of your application portal users associated with an application in cb Access. One row per application portal user.
Cases
All the details about your cases in Casebook. One row per case.
People Incomes
All listed income sources of each person contained in the people profile. One row per person per income source.
Providers Application Portal
Contains information on all provider applications that are submitted through the application portal. One row per provider application.
Providers Application Portal Demographics
Contains information on the demographics of applicants who submit applications through the application portal. One row per provider applicant.

For example, Row 1 - Jane Doe; Wife, Row 2 - John Doe; Husband. This dataset can be joined to the People Dataset using person_id. One row per person per relationship.

Meetings
