Permissions by Role in Casebook
The tables below show what each default role can do.
While the roles below have default permissions, the Admin can also customize roles or create new roles. You can create your own custom roles with different sets of permissions for different apps. Check out these articles to learn more about creating custom roles and to learn more about making changes to roles.
Admin
Note: The Admin role cannot be copied or edited.
Application Portal User
Note: The Application Portal User role cannot be copied or edited. Application Portal Users can only edit and view their own provider applications in cb Access. Application Portal Users can also access their user profiles to view or edit contact information. They cannot edit or view another person’s provider application.
