NEW: Canadian Localization. Throughout the Casebook Platform, you will notice that the following fields have been updated to reflect Canadian terminology better. We hope these changes provide you and your team the ability to navigate through Casebook with confidence and familiarity.
Social Insurance Number.The Person Profile now displays the Social Insurance Number in place of the Social Security Number. You will also notice a change to the correct SIN format, as shown below. This change is available anywhere you view, edit, or create a Person, including cb Intake, cb Engage, and cb Track.
Phone Numbers. Phone numbers throughout Casebook will now default to the Canadian Country Code, as shown below. This change is available everywhere you enter phone number information.
Currency. Currency throughout Casebook will no longer refer to a single currency, as shown below. Making these fields more generic will allow you to record cost information in the currency that makes sense for your organization.
