NEW: New Fields in the Intake Dataset. The following fields have been added to the Intake Dataset. These fields will allow organizations who use the Incident Report type in cb Intake to report on all incident-specific information. - reporter_name: Use this field to report on the name of the person who reported the incident.
- reporter_id: Use this field to report on the Casebook unique id of the person who reported the incident.
- alleged_victim_id: Use this field to report on the Casebook unique id of the person who is the alleged victim.
- alleged_victim_name: Use this field to report on the name of the person who is the alleged victim.
- alleged_perpetrator_id: Use this field to report on the Casebook unique id of the person who is the alleged perpetrator.
- alleged_perpetrator_name: Use this field to report on the name of the person who is the alleged perpetrator.
- allegation: Use this field to report on the allegation of the incident report.
- cross-report_made: Use this field to report on if the incident was cross-reported to another agency.
- cross-reported_agency_provider_name: Use this field to report on the name of the agency the incident was cross-reported to.
- cross-reported_agency_type: Use this field to report on the type of agency the incident was cross-reported to.
- cross-reported_contacted_at: Use this field to report on the date and time the incident was cross-reported.
- cross-reported_person_contacted: Use this field to report on the name of the person the incident was cross-reported to.
- cross-reported_phone_number: Use this field to report on the phone number of the agency the incident was cross-reported to.
