Adding Service Enrollments from the Services Workload View

The Services Workload View helps you manage all service offerings in one place, you can now create new enrollments directly from the Services view, saving time and keeping records organized without navigating to a different screen.


🧭 Overview

The Add Service Enrollment option allows users to enroll participants in a service directly from the Services tab. This feature helps streamline the workflow for staff who manage multiple programs or frequently add new participants.

You’ll find this new option in the Actions menu (⋮) next to each service record in the Workload View.

🧩 How It Works

1. Open the Services Workload View

From the Track module, go to Workload View → Services to see all available services your organization manages.

2. Find the Service You Want to Enroll Participants In

Locate the service you’d like to add an enrollment to. Use filters or search to narrow down by provider, language, or service type.

3. Add a New Enrollment

  • Click the ⋮ (Actions) button to the right of the service.

  • Select Add Service Enrollment from the dropdown menu.

  • A dialog window will appear with the selected service and provider pre-filled.

4. Complete the Enrollment Form

Fill in the remaining fields (such as participant, start date, and other required details).
The Service and Provider fields can be edited if needed.

5. Submit and Confirm

Click Save to create the enrollment. 



💡 Pro Tip

You can continue managing existing enrollments right from the same view no need to switch tabs. This keeps your workflow faster and more efficient, especially when updating multiple services in one session.
