Why are tasks from a Provider Record are not populating on the Home Dashboard? 

A Provider's status must be set to Active in order for tasks and workflow steps to populate on the assigned user's Home Dashboard. To ensure that the Provider Record's status is set to Active, navigate to the Provider section on the record. See picture below. Screen Shot 2022-01-11 at 10.03.09 AM
