How to Use Rich Text Formatting:

  1. Access the Rich Text Editor: Open a new case note or edit an existing one.
  2. Use Formatting Tools: Click on the icons in the rich text editor to apply bold, italics, underline, headings, lists, and other formatting options.
  3. Insert Links: Add links to external resources to enhance your notes.
  4. Paste Content: Copy and paste text from other documents while preserving formatting.

The symbols in the rich text editor are used to format the text. Here's a breakdown of some of the common ones:

Font:
