Filters
Users can apply filters to the Workload View to help view specific services. To apply a filter to the Workload View, click on the Filter(s) button in the upper left-hand corner.
Note: Multiple filters can be applied at one time.
How Filters Work
Filters help you find specific services based on certain criteria. Here's what you need to know:
- AND Logic: If you apply multiple filters using "AND," the report has to meet all the conditions you set. For example, if you filter by "Service Name: Food Pantry" AND "Service Type: Emergency Service," only services that match both of these conditions will appear.
- OR Logic: If you use "OR" logic, services that meet any of the conditions you set will show up. So if you filter by "Service Name: Food Pantry" OR "Service Type: Emergency Service," you’ll see any services that are either a Food Pantry or an Emergency Service.
You can choose either AND or OR logic, but you can’t mix both at the same time.
How to Apply Filters
- Click on the Filters button at the top of the screen.
- Select the filters you want to use from the available dropdown lists.
- Apply multiple filters to get a more specific view of your services.
Adding New Service Notes:
You can add a service note directly from the workload view, making it easier to stay on top of documentation while managing multiple enrollments. It's especially useful for caseworkers and providers who need to log services efficiently and keep records up to date in real-time.
Exporting Data from the Services Workload View
We’ve added Export Functionality to the Services WLV, allowing you to download your filtered data as a CSV file. This is especially useful for sharing service data with your team or keeping records of your workload.
How to Export Data:
- Apply the filters you need to narrow down the services you want to export.
- Click the Export button at the top of the Services WLV.
- Your data will be downloaded as a CSV file, which you can open in Excel or any other spreadsheet program.
