⚙️ How It Works
This report pulls information directly from Casebook’s connected units of work:
-
People (for demographics)
-
Cases (to link individual involvement)
-
Service Enrollments (to show which services were delivered)
-
Service Notes (for context and activity tracking)
All of this is pre-built into one report, giving you a read-only dashboard that you can view as-is, or make a copy of if you'd like to customize it further.
⚠️ Important Notes
-
The date filter applies to the service START date.
-
Service enrollments remain active until a Planned or Actual End date is recorded.
-
For Service Notes and Service Enrollments dashboards, you’ll need to set up your Service Types in advance so the reports can categorize service delivery correctly.
🔧 How to Set Up Service Types:
-
Navigate to Admin.
-
Select Provider > Fields > Type.
-
From there, you can customize your service types based on your organization’s needs.
Setting this up ensures services are categorized correctly and populate in the report as expected.
