In the world of human services, where every detail matters, Casebook's rich text formatting capabilities are more than just a cosmetic feature; they are a critical tool that empowers service providers to deliver more effective and personalized care.

How to Use Rich Text Formatting:

  1. Access the Rich Text Editor: Open a new case note or edit an existing one.
  2. Use Formatting Tools: Click on the icons in the rich text editor to apply bold, italics, underline, headings, lists, and other formatting options.
  3. Insert Links: Add links to external resources to enhance your notes.
  4. Paste Content: Copy and paste text from other documents while preserving formatting.

The symbols in the rich text editor are used to format the text. Here's a breakdown of some of the common ones:

Font:

  • B: Bold Ctrl+B (Windows/Linux), Cmd+B (macOS)
  • I: Italic Ctrl+I (Windows/Linux), Cmd+I (macOS)
  • U: Underline Ctrl+U (Windows/Linux), Cmd+U (macOS)
  • S: Strikethrough Ctrl+Shift+S (Windows/Linux), Cmd+Shift+S (macOS)
  • X: Superscript Ctrl+Shift+P (Windows/Linux), Cmd+Shift+P (macOS)

Paragraph:

List:
