cb Access Workload View

The cb Access workload view enables you to access all applications submitted into the system. You can find specific applications quickly and easily using filters.

Workload View 

The workload view displays applications along with the following information:

  • Name: Each application has a name that applicants create. 
  • Status: You can find out the status of each application, such as: In Progress or Approved.
  • Type: You can find the type of application here such as, Direct Service, Church, etc. 
  • Assignee: You can find which Casebook user is assigned to an application. 
  • Date Created: Casebook tracks each application with the date and time that the applicant created the application.

Filters 

You can apply filters to the Workload View to help view specific applications. To apply a filter to the Workload View, click on the 'Filter(s)'  button in the upper left corner. Make the selections for the filters you want to apply. 

Note: Multiple filters can be applied at one time. 

When you're ready to use the filters, click on the 'Apply' button. 

Assignments

You can filter by your assignments only. Click on the 'Filter(s)'  button, and then click on the checkbox next to 'My Work' in the 'Filter by assignment' section. 

When you're ready to filter, click on the 'Apply' button (at the bottom). Alternatively, you can click on 'Cancel' to cancel filtering or you can click on 'Clear' to clear all of the filters that were applied. 

Application Status 

You can filter by application status, such as Draft, Submitted, In Progress, Approved and Denied. Click on the 'Filter(s)' button, and then select the dropdown menu from the 'Filter by application status' section. You can filter by multiple application statuses at one time.

When you're ready to filter, click on the 'Apply' button (at the bottom). Alternatively, you can click on 'Cancel' to cancel filtering or you can click on 'Clear' to clear all of the filters that were applied.
