If your organization provides services to clients, you will need to create a Provider for your organization in cb Track.
Create a Provider in cb Track. As you are filling out the General section for the provider, you will notice a check box to indicate if this provider is your internal organization, as shown below.
Once you are finished creating the Provider, you will notice that under the Provider section on the record, My Organization will be in parentheses.
Create the rest of the Provider Record as normal, being sure to add all services that you provide in the Services section.
