Create New Records

Action What happens App
Create a new Case A new case will be created, and it will be accessible to all workers with cb Engage view permissions.  cb Engage
Create a new Provider A new provider facility or agency record will be created, and it will be accessible to all workers with cb Track view permissions.  cb Track
Create a new Intake (Report) A new report will be created, and it will be accessible to all workers with cb Intake view permissions.  cb Intake
Create a new Case from an Intake A new case will be created pulling information from the report, and it will be accessible to all workers with cb Engage view permissions.  cb Intake and cb Engage
Create a new Person Profile/Record A new person profile/record will be created, and it will be accessible to all workers with people view permissions for the applicable app.  cb Intake, cb Engage, and cb Track

Add and Associate People 

Action What happens App
Add a person to a case A service can be added and associated to the person.  cb Engage
Add a person to a case If you associate a cb Track service to a person record, the person will automatically be added as a client of that provider.  cb Engage and cb Track
Add a person to a provider The person will be linked to the provider page.  cb Track
Add a person to a report The person will be linked to the report.  cb Intake

Build a Relationship Network

Action What happens App
Add a relationship to a person profile/record The relationship will show up on the profile it was created on, as well as, the profile of the other person. Relationships will also show up on a case, if applicable.  Person Profile and cb Engage

Complete Forms and Add Attachments

Action What happens App
Add a Form to provider, case, or report The form will be added to the record as Incomplete.  cb Engage, cb Intake, and cb Track
Complete a Form Workers can fill out a form and submit it. Once it has been submitted, it cannot be edited or deleted.  cb Engage, cb Intake, and cb Track
Add attachments to a provider, case, or report The attachment will be saved to the provider, case, or report page. Only workers with delete permissions will be able to delete the attachment.  cb Engage, cb Intake, and cb Track

Create Notes

Action What happens App
Create a new note After saving the note, the note will be saved in the Notes/Recent notes section of the app. The note will be accessible to all users with view permissions for that app.  cb Engage, cb Track, and cb Intake
Edit a note Users with edit permissions can make changes to the note.  cb Engage, cb Track, and cb Intake
Delete a note Users with delete permissions, can delete notes.  cb Engage, cb Track, and cb Intake
Email into a case A note will automatically be created when someone emails into a case. Any Engage user will be able to view the note. *The email will need to be enabled in order for it to work.  cb Engage
Email into case with attachments A note with the attachments will automatically be created. The note will be accessible to any Engage user.  cb Engage

Create Tasks and Workflows

Action What happens App
Add a Workflow The workflow is created and steps and tasks are assigned. The assignee will receive a notification.   cb Track and cb Engage
Add a Task to a Workflow Step The task will be added to the workflow step.  cb Track and cb Engage
Submit a Workflow Step The step is completed and changes cannot be made.  cb Track and cb Engage
End Workflow Early The workflow is ended with an explanation (comment). The workflow has ended and changes cannot be made.  cb Track and cb Engage
Complete Workflow Submit final step and complete workflow. After the workflow has been completed, it cannot be edited or deleted.  cb Track and cb Engage
Add a Task The assignee will be notified about the task, and the task will be accessible to users with provider roles.  cb Track
Complete the Task After completing the task, it cannot be edited or deleted.  cb Track

Service Enrollment and Case Involvement

Action What happens App
Add a Service Add and associate a service to a person. The service will be displayed on the case page and the person's profile.  cb Engage and Person Profile
Add a Service After adding a service from a provider in cb Track, the provider record will automatically update capacity information. The client will also be automatically added to the Client section.  cb Track
Add an Involvement The involvement information will be available on the case page in the people section.  cb Engage
