Intake: Overview
Intake is an application within the Casebook platform that provides initial contact documentation for staff. Intake provides support for inquiry & referral, critical incident, and report taking in a social service context.
The Workload View of cb Intake enables intake workers to both create a new report and review all the reports assigned to them. This view displays all the important report details for quick scanning, without the need to go through each report in detail.
You can use filters to find a report that you need to locate easily. Click here to learn more about filtering in cb Intake.
You can view the report record by clicking on the name of the report.
To create a new report, click on the 'Create report' button in the bottom right corner. Click here to learn more about how to create a report.
