With each subscription plan, you have a set number of users, user types, and features, such as Forms and Workflows. Additional users and features are available to purchase. If you are interested in adding-on to your subscription plan or have any questions, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager or email support@casebook.net.
Forms
You can find the number of forms that your organization currently has in Admin. Forms can be located in Intake, Engage, or Track. The sum of forms across the three areas should not be more than your subscription plan offers. Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager if you have any questions or concerns.
Workflows
You can find the number of workflows that your organization currently has in Admin. Workflows can be located in Intake, Engage, or Track. The sum of workflows in an ACTIVE state across the three areas should not be more than your subscription plan offers. For more information on activating or deactivating a workflow, check out this article. Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager if you have any questions or concerns.
Users and Roles
You can find the number of users and the roles they have in Admin. Each Casebook contract comes with a set amount of users, and each subscription plan comes with a set amount of Reporting Writers, Admin Only Users, and Volunteers. Reporting Writers are indicated by their role containing Reporting Admin. Admin Only Users are indicated by their role containing Admin. Volunteers are indicated by their User Type being Volunteer. You have the ability to disable users and add new ones throughout your account duration. Disabled users do not count towards your total users count.
